Here is a dark video clip of actor Bayani Agbayani who is out at night who was in a car accident (maybe from a parking mishap) and where the clip showed him very angry at one of the friends of the one he had damaged the car. The one who took the video is the one who had his car dameged i suppose. They were able to get from the actor an easy P6000 for damages of the parts and Bayani was willing in paying up. The one that irked him i think are the comments of the "friend" that really made him mad. Here is an example that money is not really an issue but how you are treated and seen by others .. the video supposedly wants to show Bayani in a bad light ... but after viewing this i think otherwise. He is just reacting to the injectives thrown at him and like a regular person. I feel for him and hope that people don't see the other way around.

Popular Ludy’s peanut butter has joined the list of local peanut butter products contaminated with salmonella, reports said today.

The Bureau of Food and Drugs had earlier ordered the recall of Yummy Sweet and Creamy Peanut Spread with batch numbers 3040905 and 11240810, and expiry dates 90409 and 52409 for salmonella contamination.

Salmonella is a known disease-causing organism. Among the illnesses it can bring are typhoid and paratyphoid fevers, and diarrhea.

If you have this in your kitchen, do not attempt to eat it anymore, you may return it (even opened bottles) and get a full refund. Please report to BFAD if you still see any grocery, store and supermarket still pushing this product. Be safe!

I came across an email of him, an established fashion designer (who i have not heard of in my entire life!) humilitaing a male cashier (who he called "bakla" so many times with intensity) asking him to kneel in front of him and have himself slapped by him! Whatthe???

I don't know him personally, but the video speaks for itself (since the surveillance camera has no sound) watch and be amazed how one human being (this particular one) could do such a thing.

Last March 13, 2009—or Friday the 13th—we went with our Tatay Rey (who just arrived from Abu Dhabi as OFW a day before) to Duty Free Philippines Fiesta Mall in Parañaque to shop and point. Or we point and he’ll buy…hehehe:)

While waiting in line at the cashiers to pay our goodies…we saw a customer at the top of his voice berating the cashiers and managers of Duty Free... From what my sister told me, it was about a credit card purchase that the cashier was kindly asking for the irate customer's ID to vouch for the legit owner of the credit card which was also “unsigned”—a normal operating procedure to avoid misuse.

He might have thought a celebrated person like he is with all his accolades and fame had gone unrecognized by this cashier person who was doing the job he was trained to do. Tsk tsk tsk…

While Store Managers and officers were sought to appease the matter, explaining to him that it is standard operating procedure in credit card safety, not only for the company but also his own.
Ignoring this, he pulled out his phone and threatened to call high positioned people whom he allegedly knew, to make these people realize how important he is.. he went on using words like “LECHE KAYO, DI NYO KO KILALA? AKO SI BOYET FAJARDO! AT ITONG P..I.. NA BABAENG ITO, (pointing to a lady officer) AT ANG BAKLANG ITO (pointing to the cashier) AY WALANG KWENTANG MGA TAO! I WANT THEM FIRED!!!

His yelling and berating went on and on, he could not calm down and went on to say, that only if the cashier would kneel down before him and/or allow him to freely slap the persons face, would he get satisfied.
AND, you know what happened next...the poor cashier simply gave in, crying in shame. He knelt down and apologized before this self proclaimed GOD….

The Union of Duty Free Philippines have filed a case against him as i write this.

I watched him on the news last night apologizing (if that's what you call it) and making excuses for his actions ... saying he was too tired from a long flight, had not eaten, etc ..... but from where i stand his actions were atrocious and beastly ... i think his apologies (half heartedly said, as he said he too was a victim) will fall on deaf ears ... understandable. Duh!?

Jade Gone

I followed the remaining days of Jade Goody (the 27 year old British actress stricken with cancer) from the time she was diagnosed with cancer, her going in and out of the hospital, her bonding with her two sons, her marriage (that lasted only for a few days), the time she was discharged from the hospital to stay home and await her time .... so sad.

Though her untimely death is inevitable since she was sent home and there were reports that her vital organs were one by one losing its function ... she passed last Sunday ... i still felt so sad. I was thinking of the many missed moments she will not have her husband, her sons, her family and with simple pleasures of life. I pray for her soul and the family she has left behind. May she rest in peace.

Amazing

I have kids of my own and it is very important to stand by what they want or what interests them at the moment because true talent will shine through if they are interested in it. We parents are just to wait on what they like and support them all the way to reach their dream, that is our role.

I have heard of another young girl who has started to show her inclination to singing at a very young age and was lucky to have pursued it and now she holds an amazing voice! Her name is Lena and she would you believe that at age seven, back when other kids were just playing in their backyard, Lena sang the American National Anthem in front of a large and audience and was applauded because of the power of her voice. She is now twelve years old but boy does the future hold something bright for her, her long time dream ... just within her grasp. If you believe you can do it and strive hard to pursue what you want then nothing is impossible as long as you put your heart into it. Let Us Not Forget

I git this letter of plea for help .. and just like a mom i truly feel for her. I remeber the news and many times this was featured in the news and after a few days ... silence. Case closed.

It is so sad.

This might just be news to some of us, something we just shrug off, but to the author of the letter .. this is everything.

Two months ago I considered myself as one of those blessed and happiest people on earth. Why not? I married a guy who was an epitome of kindness. A guy who worshipped even the footsteps I made. More importantly, our union blessed us with a daughter who not only became the main source of our happiness....more so; she was the center of our lives.

We´re simple folks who led a simple life. We felt the happiest even about mundane things and inconsequential ones that most people would only take for granted. Our joy mostly revolved on simple pleasure like a sudden trip to Jollibee or a late night marauding of the fridge for any leftovers. A family, which shared plain happiness, humble dreams, and modest aspirations. Everything was fine...Until that fateful night on December 5, 2008.

In keeping with my ritual or "panata" on every first Friday of every month, I went to QuiapoChurch, to pay homage and respect to the Almighty One. My husband and daughter were supposed to pick me up in PasayCityafter which we planned on giving our daughter a treat to Jollibee. I tried calling my husband´s cellphone, just to let him know I was on my way to our meeting place. He wasn´t picking up. Despite my trepidation and wonder, I took the next jeep going home and prayed that everything was alright.

I felt relieved when near our place my phone rang. It was my helper. And the words I heard will forever change my life.My husband and daughter were shot to death by "men in uniform".


The "men in uniform" were allegedly on a mission to take some gang of robbers victimizing people at large. The police shot the crosswind van my husband and daughter were riding Based on some witnesses' narration, the police sprayed bullets into the van despite the lack of provocation or shots coming from the crosswind van. In his last effort to save their lives, my husband grabbed my bloodied daughter and shielded her with his body while trying to run away from the police and tried to get cover from a parked jeepney My husband and daughter were so defenseless. How can you mistake a child for a robber? How can you shot at someone who was already kneeling with head bowed, an indication of helplessness.

These men, who were sworn to protect innocent people from criminals, had brutally slain my most precious ones, Jun and Lia. These men, whose avowed duty was to preserve the lives of the public against all harm and danger? Theymurdered my loved ones in the most cruel, savage and pitiless way.

My husband´s face was unrecognizable because he was shot in the head at close range, while he was kneeling with his head bowed down. My daughter´s young body was riddled with bullets, one hit her head. Those "men in uniform" killed my baby. They aimed and firedpowerful weaponsat two innocent and defenseless individuals. My husband and daughter are gone.......forever.
I miss both of them so much. My heart bleeds in pain. My sorrow is deep. Their loss is too much to bear. I am alone.
The only thing motivating me to go on with life is the mission to seek justice for the senseless killing of Jun and Lia. All I want in life right now is to see the people who were responsible for their death be convicted and punished, that Jun and Lia be given justice, and that their death will not be meaningless. My pains will be alleviated. The misery I feel will be lessened. My husband and daughter will be vindicated. I will learn to live the remaining years of my life...without Jun and Lia.
I am asking and begging everyone who will come across this letter/e-mail to please forward to all your relatives, friends, and acquaintances. Help me bring my cause to the eyes of the people capable of steering the wheel of justice to the right direction. Help me make the loudest cry worthy of attention by those people in charge in rendering justice...for Jun and Lia.
Strength comes in numbers; it is where the impossible becomes possible. It is also where the unattainable becomes achievable.

Bruised Inside and Out

Here is Rhianna's picture from the LAPD files. Bruised .. basttered. So sad that someone you supposedly "love you" can do this harm to you. But brace yourself .. this is actually a very tame picture since this was taken just a few hours from the attack .. there are pictures taken a few days after when her bruises and large bumps where finally in full force, complete with hematomas.

Here is an actual report from the detective's notes:

"Christopher B and Robyn F have been involved in a dating relations for approx 1 and half year. On Sunday Feb 8 at 25 hours Brown was driving a vehicle with Robyn F as the front passenger on an unknown street in Los Angeles. Robin F picked brown,s cellular phone and picked up a three-page text message from a woman Brown had had a previous relationship with.

"A verbal argument ensued and Brown pulled a vehicle over in an unknown street. Reach over Robyn F with his right hand and open the car door and attempted to force her out. Brown was unable to force Robyn F out of the vehicle because she was wearing a seat belt. When he could not force her to exit he took his right hand and shoved her head against the passenger window of the vehcile causing an approx 1 inch raised circular contusion.

"Robyn F turned to face Brown and punched her in the left eye with right hand. He then drove away in the vehicle and continued to punch her in the face with his right hand while steering the vehicle with his left hand. The assault caused Robyn F Osmouth to fill with blood and blood to splatter all over her clothing and the interior of the vehicle. Brown looked at Robyn F and stated "I am going to beat the s–t out of you when we get home! You wait and see!?

"Robyn F picked her cellular phone and called her personal assistant Jennifer Rosales. Rosales did not answer the telephone but while her vm greeting was playing Robyn F pretended to talk to her and stated "I am on my way home. Make sure the cops are there when I get there? (this statement was made while greeting was playing and was not captured) after Robyn f faked the call, Brown and looked at her and stated, 'You just did the stupidest thing ever! Now I really am going to kill you.'

"Brown resumed punching Robyn F and she interlocked her fingers behind her head and brought her elbows forward to protect her face. She then bent over at the waist placing her elbows and face near her lap and in attempt to protect her face and head from the barrage of punches being levied by Brown. Brown continued to punch Robyn F on her left arm and hands, causing her to suffer a contusion on her left triceps that was approx 2 inches in diameter and numerous contusions on her left hand. Robyn f attempted to send another text message to other personal assistant Melissa Ford. Brown snatched the cellular telephone out of her hand and threw it out of the window to an unknown street. Brown continued driving and Robyn F observed his cellular phone in his lap. She picked up the cellular phone with her left hand, and before she could make a call, he placed her in a head lock with right hand and continued to drive the vehicle with his left hand.

"Brown held Robyn F close to him and bit her on her left hear. She was able to feel the vehicle swerving from right to left as Brown sped away. He stopped the vehicle in front of [address] and Robyn F turned off the car removed the key from inignition and sat on it. Brown did not know what she did with the key and began punching her in the face and arms. Brown began applying pressure to Robyn F left and right carotid arteries causing her to be unable to breath. She began to lose consciousness. She reached up with her left hand and began to attempting to gauge his eyes in attempt to flee herself. Brown bit her left ring and middle fingers and released her. While brown continued to punch her she turned around a place her back to against the passenger door. She brought her knees to her chest and placed her feet against Brown,s body and began pushing him away.

"Brown continued to punch her on legs and feet causing several contusions. Robyn F began screaming for help. And Brown exited the vehicle and walked away. A resident in the neighbor heard Robyn F,s plea for help and called 911, causing a police response. An investigation was conducted and Robyn F was issued a domestic violence protective order (EPO). Affiant conducted an interview with Melissa Ford who advised on Feb. 8 2009 at 2500 hours she received a phone call from Robin F from an unknown telephone number later identified as the telephone number of Officer Chavez. Robin F had advised Ford that she had been assaulted by Brown. At approx at 1 am Brown called Ford as nothing happened. Ford advised Brown that she had already talked to Robin F and was aware of what happened. Ford had advised brown that the neighbors had called police and that they were with Robyn F. Brown had asked Ford if robin F had provided police with his name. And ford advised him that she had. Brown hung up the telephone and did not call back.

"On Feb. 8, Brown turned himself in and was given a copy of the EPO and advised to not contact Robyn.

"On Feb. 17 Ford advised the affiant that she had received text messages from … a number that Ford recognized as belonging to Brown. In the text message Brown apologized for what he had done to Robin F. and advised Ford he was going to get help."

As of this writing, Rhinanna and Brown have actually kissed and made up and spent a few days on the beach. Tragic.

Francis Magolana Passed

Master Rapper Francis Magalona succumbs to leukemia at age 44.

He expired today, noon time.

He is married to Pia Arroyo and a father to eight children. He battled cancer for eight months and was on the road to recovery following his fourth chemotherapy just a few days ago. He was supposedly scheduled for a Stem Cell transplant this month.

He expired at Medical City Hospital.

So sad.

Finally Someone Who Understands

This might be trivial for some people, but believe me for women who are heavily pregnant this is a place where they have actually found someone who understands! I am talking about my discovery of Beaute de Maman where at last the anticipating mommy to be is the target market to please. There are times, and believe me there are serveral times when we don't feel our best when we are pregnant. We want to be assured constantly that we still are pretty despite the bouts of morning sickness, craving faces and even outbreak of skin blemishes.

I was looking eagerly at the various products that were not available to me when i was pregnant and was really amazed that they carry almost everything infanticipating mommies need. They have selections of health and beauty products safe for pregnant women, we really should not take chances in just applying anyhting without making sure.

My friend will be having a baby shower next month and i will certainly order now through their website facial scrubs, face and body cream for her oily skin. I will ask some of my friends to look at the gift box set that has the complete line of nipple gel, stretch mark cream and facial scrub to ease their worries of getting the perfect gift as well. I know she will love these gifts for she will surely glow not only from within but also outside!
