Bad Judgement

Here is a picture of Michael Phelps holding a bong, this picture was taken last November when he visited a girl friend in a college house party. This picture leaked on the net which made his endorsers and the olympics think twice about him. Tsk. Tsk.


He has issued a public apology to explain his action:

"I engaged in behavior which was regrettable and
demonstrated bad judgment.
I'm 23 years old and despite the successes I've had in the pool,
I acted in a youthful and inappropriate way,
not in a manner people have come to expect from me.
For this, I am sorry.
I promise my fans and the public it will not happen again."

Hopefully with this said he still can compete in the 2012 olympics ... all gone for a few minutes of bad judgement. Poor boy.
